This month has been a wild ride and such a fun one at that. We started the month off headed to San Diego with our family on Tyler’s side. We spent a week on mission beach making so many memories. The cousins all had so much fun spending time together. I loved getting to spend extra time with my sweet and crazy Nephews. We are all ready for the next family vacation! After we left San Diego our kiddos packed up and headed off to North Dakota with my parents. They have had quite the eventful summer so far. They went from catching crabs on the beach to catching walleye on the lake. I miss them so much. They had a sold out lemonade stand too! Dakota faced some fears and drove the atv too. As for Tyler and I we have been having quite the adventures as well. Won some money in Vegas which is always awesome. Had the chance to go see Kenny Chesney at the sphere. You gotta see a show there it’s the coolest experience! We went to an ice bar which was incredible and cold haha I convinced Tyler to go play rich pretend at the Rolex store. We toured museums, shopped at Gucci, ate way too much food, got arrested by strippers, gambled, got massages and laughed so much. Well you think I’d be done but nope lol after coming back home from San Diego to the hot and miserable 100 plus degree temperature we booked another getaway out there for just the two of us. I found the cutest little Vrbo in the heart of little Italy (just what we needed more food) 🙈 we have spend the last few days of this month eating our way though San Diego. The food here I much say is unmatched. Especially when your Uncle Larry and Aunt Amanda invite you over for homemade Pork Carnitas. We had the best time with them, Larry taught us a lot about my family history, which I am so invested in. It’s really amazing how far back our history goes. Even as far back as the Sons and Daughters of the revolutionary war! I learned my Great Grandparents farm was built on an Ancient lake dated back to the ice age? If you know me you know I am a research nerd 🤓 Amanda took us on the most beautiful hike I’ve ever been on earlier that morning. Breathtaking 360 views of San Diego, Torrey Pines, and the Ocean.
